Delivery

All available in-stock items will be dispatched within 24 hours, and you will be notified of this via email.

Shop out of stock made-to-order items will state upon selection the manufacturing time frame, and you will receive an email once the item has been made regarding the dispatch date. For UK orders you will receive the item within the time frame quoted, however International orders may take longer to arrive.

For commissioned work you will be sent an email notifying you when we are ready to dispatch, and the postage due will be chargeable dependant on the value of the goods, your location and the insurance cover that you require.

The delivery costs set in our shop are chargeable dependant on the value of goods and will be sent with the appropriate insurance cover.

These rates apply to standard UK delivery sent via Royal Mail.

UK Orders under £150 – Postage charge £5 – sent via Royal Mail (Guaranteed by 1pm next day) Special Delivery Tracked.

UK Orders over £150 – Free Delivery – sent via Royal Mail (Guaranteed by 1pm next day) Special Delivery Tracked.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International Orders (Europe and Rest of World) – Postage charge £20 – sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed (Estimated 6-10 working days).

All taxes and duties incurred once the shipment has reached the destination country is the responsibility of the customer.

All goods are dispatched from our head office in the West Midlands, England, UK. Please note that overseas deliveries will arrive with the relevant customs declaration showing a description and value of the enclosed item/s.

We are not responsible for delays out of our control and if such an event should occur we will contact you as soon as possible to notify you. We will take appropriate steps to minimize any delays and providing we do this we will not be held liable for such delays.

We are not responsible for the address given to us for dispatch. It is up to you to ensure that you provide us with the correct delivery address and that you make arrangements to receive the delivery.

Please notify us if you would like your goods shipped to an alterative address from your billing address.

All items are sent tracked so that in the event of a missing parcel sent from us we can trace its journey whilst with the courier.
